Here is the camp brochure for 2011. Note that this is an abbreviated version of the online information and that online registrations are faster and preferred. You have the option to register online, but mail a check.

Medical Information Form (VERY IMPORTANT!)
Medical Information Form. This form MUST be completed and brought to the camp even if your daughter does not have any medical issues and even if you completed the online abbreviated form. A certified athletic trainer will be at girls camps.

Pre-Camp Conditioning Schedule. You are registering for one of the top volleyball camps in the midwest. It is rigorous and you will need to be in top condition to get the maximum benefit from camp.

Camp Photos: Youth Image Release
You must sign a Youth Image Consent Release Form so we can make camp pictures available to all campers. We also may submit photographs to local media, publish them on the camp web site, or use them in camp promotional materials.

Shuttles/Ground Transportation - Rochester
Shuttles run several times a day to the Rochester airport, Twin Cities International Airport, and the MOA (Mall of America) from 'downtown' Rochester hotels. Taxi's are also available for local transportation. The following information is for 2010.

Shuttles/Ground Transportation - Monticello
The camp hotel in Rogers, MN is served by the SuperShuttle to the MSP airport. Rogers, MN, is about 10 miles east of Monticello and closer to the airport off of I94 at the Hwy. 101 exit. Monticello is about 5 minutes away from one of Minnesota's largest outlet malls and one hour (during non-rush hour) to the Mall of America.
